Cook and eat from the pouch (400 grams prepared)

1. Remove the meal from pouch.
2. Add 300ml boiling water to the meal and stir.
3. stir gentlly after 5 minutes. Let the meal stand for 10 minutes. 

* for best reults prepare in a bowl with lid

Five bean mix, rice, passata, roasted red capsicum, onion, vegetable oil, cumin, corn flour, chicken stock, garlic, chilli, black pepper, salt, rosemary extract.
