By a long way the most water-sensitive meal of the bunch, it’s important to follow the instructions on this one. Add too much water and you’ll get soup, too little and the beef tastes a tad dusty. Best served with a healthy helping of rice, although we understand if your ultralight kit-out can’t afford the weight.
